The lack of attention to cleanliness standards, particularly in the bathroom and bedding. The lack of maintenance to certain areas of the hotel was also an eyesore.

Although the hotel has a wonderful riverside location with amazing photo opportunities, it lacks basic cleanliness and maintenance. the rooms are a fair size but unfortunately dirty and full of mold, while the sheets and towels are stained and not cleaned properly. the breakfast buffet has limited options for international guests, but the Thai options are better. the hotel does offer bikes that you can use to explore the area, which is a plus.

The hotel staff is untrained, unfriendly, and unhelpful when it comes to providing useful information about the nearby area.
